Welcome to Postcog @ UCD

Postcog @ UCD is a web resource for the cognitive science community at University College Dublin, Ireland.  Information about the Cognitive Science programme at UCD can be found at http://cogsci.ucd.ie.

Postcog @ UCD will initially act as a venue for discussion of topics related to post-cognitivist approaches to cognition.  This includes the topics of enaction, embodiment, extended mind, ecological psychology, coordination dynamics, and dynamical systems approaches to cognition.  material posted will initially be based on the Topics in Cognitive Science module running in the Spring semester, 2009.  This module is part of the taught masters programme in Cognitive Science, but is open to other interested students.

If you are taking the module, you need to create an account on the site.  If you are not taking the module, please do not create an account!

Here you will find a set of readings, and a group blog.  The blog is an integral part of the module, and all participants will contribute thereto.
